What's the damage?
Whether there is major or minor damage to your vehicle you'll want to know how much the repairs are going to cost. We'll prepare a detailed repair estimate
free of charge and we can even arrange for a mobile estimator to visit you at your location. Our estimate is all you need to make a claim.

Now you know the cost you can decide to make an insurance claim or fund the repairs yourself. Either way you have the confidence of dealing with one of the largest motor groups in the UK.
We're good on paper (and in
practice too!!)
Once we've got authority to carry out the repair, you can sit back and let our Repair Advisors handle everything for you from vehicle collection through to delivery back to you after repair. We'll even clean your vehicle inside and out before handover.

Courtesy costs nothing
Every Hartwell Accident Repair Centre can, subject to availability and the terms of your insurance policy, provide you with a free courtesy car to keep you mobile during the repair. In the event of a non- fault accident we may be able to arrange for an upgrade vehicle to be provided.

We guarantee you'll be happy
All work carried out by our Accident Repair Centres is guaranteed for
three years irrespective of the age of the car. Repairs carried out on Ford vehicles by our Ford approved repairers is in accordance with the requirements of the Ford Perforation Warranty which covers the car for at least 6 years from the date of registration or longer depending on the model and year of manufacture.
Commercial vehicle repairs
Our Accident & Repair Centres are capable of dealing with commercial vehicles and many can deal with the larger vans such as High roof models.

Your choice!
The Insurer is obliged to inform their policyholder that they may choose a
repairer of their own choice, not just the names of repairers within their
approved network. The final choice of bodyshop remains with the policyholder.
We've made that choice easier for you by being approved repairers for most of
the major insurance companies and accident management companies in the UK.
